Frequently Asked Questions

STORAGE

Keep your coffee in an airtight container, one that is dedicated to coffee. Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight but not in the fridge. Coffee is a natural product so time affects flavour. We think it is best enjoyed within three months of roasting. Worth bearing in mind that best flavour comes when grinding the coffee just moments before brewing.
