Kuri Mountain Coffee traces its roots back to 1945, when Mr. Aaga Dinsa laid the foundation by starting a coffee farm in Kuri Kebele. His dedication to quality and tradition was carried forward by his son, Mr. Fikadu Aaga, who nurtured the family farm and supplied high-quality coffee beans to local markets.
This grade 4 comes from their farMers around the sites in Hambela and Uraga in the Guji Zone, for G4 they buy selecting dry cherry directly from farmers and their selection is based on the colour,maturity and odor of the Jenfel because all Jenfel is not fit for G4.
In the cup: smooth, floral, bright, with notes of milk chocolate.
This coffee is delicious served black as a filter brew, but it also shines as an espresso or through an AeroPress with milk. Medium roast.
